Required Skills and Experience *

-2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant (will also accept backgrounds in teaching/education or event planning)

-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and phone and email correspondence

-Ability to travel 3-6 months out of the year

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-High level of professionalism

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

-Bi-Lingual in French or Spanish

-Experience working with celebrities, athletes and/or high net worth individuals

Job Description *

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an exciting travel/event planning company. The company's main clients are high net worth individuals, athletes and celebrities. This role is based in Princeton, NJ, with the requirement to be on-site three days per week. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with frequent travel, primarily to France and Germany, for 3-6 months of the year. All travel expenses are covered, including a $50 per diem while traveling.

This is a 12-month contract ongoing contract with extensions. This position is offering between $24-$25 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
