Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Strategic Asset Management Lead in Pomona CA

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office), Pomona CA 91768

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay rate: $60-$66.43/hr

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development of asset management plans for Electrical Distribution infrastructure.
• Design and implement risk-informed inspection strategies for Transmission and Distribution assets.
• Develop and refine vegetation inspection and wildfire mitigation scopes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive strategy alignment.
• Present proposals and findings to senior and executive leadership.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to corporate governance and operational teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of experience in leading or supporting large-scale, cross-functional projects or strategic business plans.
• Proven expertise in project/program management with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Experience with process improvement and using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Track record of building effective relationships at all organizational levels.
