Job Title: B2B Inside Sales Representative – Equine

Location: On-Site | Circle 5 Feeds Campus, Buhl, Idaho

Compensation: Base + Commission

We serve horse owners, trainers, and tack & feed stores across the country with premium feed, supplements, and treats that are trusted by cowboys, ropers, barrel racers, and performance barns alike.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated B2B Inside Sales Representative to join our equine division in Buhl, Idaho. This person will play a key role in expanding our dealer network of tack stores, feed retailers, and equestrian businesses. If you’ve got strong phone skills, know your way around a horse, and love connecting with other horse folks, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound sales calls to equine retailers and stables across the U.S.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them to active dealers
• Manage customer accounts and build strong, lasting relationships
• Assist with product education, order placement, and dealer onboarding
• Track leads and follow-ups in CRM and maintain detailed records
• Coordinate with operations on deliveries and logistics
• Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride in every interaction

You’ll Need:

• Experience in B2B sales or customer service (preferably in the equine industry)
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
• Ability to stay organized, follow up, and close sales
• A passion for horses and a strong understanding of the equine community
• Must be local to the Buhl/Twin Falls area and available to work on-site full time

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Existing contacts or sales experience in the tack/feed industry
• Personal experience with horses (owning, showing, roping, etc.)
• Familiarity with feed, supplements, and performance horse care
