Job Description

Deep Sentinel is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for an exceptional operator who can think strategically, execute relentlessly, and serve as an extension of the executive team’s presence and priorities across the organization and beyond. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to convert to long-term.

The Chief of Staff is responsible for driving the CEO’s most critical demands throughout the organization, overcoming obstacles while building rapport and respect among the leadership of the company. You will attend key meetings, travel as needed and act as a coordinating change-agent throughout the company.

You must be a master of context-switching, a flawless executor, and a proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

About You:

• 7-15+ years of experience in business operations and leadership. You’ve held strategic roles over one or more functions..

• Relentless focus on operational excellence and follow-through. You are detail-oriented, systems-minded, and OCD allergic to dropped balls.

• Impeccable judgment and discretion, with a track record of managing sensitive and confidential matters professionally and effectively.

• World-class communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—with a proven ability to influence and align executive stakeholders.

• Polished, poised, and approachable. You take pride in representing the CEO in diverse contexts internal and external

• Analytical rigor and structured problem-solving capability. You bring clarity, logic, and insight to ambiguous or complex issues. You don’t make mistakes.

• Project management skills: Ability to synthesize inputs and drive cross-functional projects to complete within parameters (time, budget, quality).

• You create clarity--you don’t execute in ambiguity because that leads to mistakes.

• Internally driven: No one has ever pushed you because it's just who you are.
