CHOC Medical Group Child Protection team is looking for a dynamic, full-time Child Abuse Pediatrician with strong clinical and teaching skills to join a growing program at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), a premier healthcare system based in Southern California. CHOC is exclusively committed to the health and well-being of children through clinical expertise, advocacy, outreach and research that brings advanced treatment to pediatric patients.

Minimum Requirements : Board Certified/Eligible in Child Abuse Pediatrics or Extensive CAP Experience & CA Medical License

Full Time Job Description:

• Join 2 Child Abuse Pediatricians
• Our position offers outstanding opportunities to work with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient and inpatient clinical child abuse practice with teaching, prevention work and community involvement.
• M-F from 900am to 500p
• Shared Call
• Established Relationships with Our County, Schools & Law Enforcement
• Opening New Foster Care Clinic
• Help Develop More Advanced Services (ex. Fellowship Program)
• Teaching Opportunities Available through the University of California-Irvine School of Medicine
• Leadership Opportunities Available
• Research & Publishing Opportunities Available
