Chiropractor- Clinic Manager Oklahoma City, OK
We need a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice as Clinic Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, personable, and clinically competent DC to lead our team! We need someone who wants to be a leader, can manage a stand-alone location, and wants to grow along with the practice. Special training in trauma is a plus, as is understanding the unique trauma created by auto accidents- someone who can visualize the larger picture of complete patient care. Must also have strong skills in documentation, evaluation, and be dedicated to the best diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan for patients.

Duties:
Clinic Management and Leadership
Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, present illness, review pertinent records/reports, and physical exam)
Order/take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
Patient education as to the ROFs, treatment options, home exercise programs and therapy modalities
Chiropractic Care to include therapies and modalities, exercise programs, on-site rehab, manual therapy, and chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Activator)
Oversight/Assist patients with exercise, treatments, and modalities
Regular Progress checks
Documentation- timely and accurate
Make appropriate specialist referrals based on the patient"s condition
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Chiropractic license in OK
Leadership skills
Experience in orthopedic, neurology and/or rehabilitation a plus
Willingness to work with a multispecialty team
Well versed in computers and EMR based documentation preferred
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
No call, no weekends, closed for lunch
Salary:
$100k to start with annual $10K increases up to $150K
