Job Description

Based in Nashville, TN, Peachtree Entertainment is a prominent national concert promoter focused on the development and execution of large-scale touring projects, indoor rodeo concepts, and outdoor festivals. With artists and properties such as Alan Jackson, Rock the Country, Gavin Adcock, Rock the South, Bulls Bands and Barrels, and many more, Peachtree stands poised to maintain its significant impact on the landscape of country music at a global level.

The Role

We’re seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the brand storytelling and creative direction behind our concerts and multi-day music festivals. This role is the connective tissue between high-level brand ideas and the boots-on-the-ground execution across marketing campaigns, on-site experiences, and fan engagement strategies.

This is not a design role - but you will inspire, guide, and activate design, content, and agency teams to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership, artists and their teams, external partners, and our in-house creative and content departments to translate event brand identities into unforgettable experiences - before, during, and after the show.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Big-Picture Creative: Conceptualize and communicate the creative vision for each event, from campaign themes to on-site activations, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and fan expectations.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with marketing, content, partnerships, ticketing, and production teams to deliver cohesive creative strategies that drive fan engagement and ticket sales.
  • Guide Creative Execution: Provide clear and strategic direction to designers, agencies, and content creators to ensure campaign assets - from key art to experiential moments - align with the vision.
  • Pitch and Present Ideas: Build dynamic, thoughtful creative presentations that sell concepts to stakeholders, sponsors, and artists - connecting dots between insights, brand, and audience.
  • Champion the Brand: Maintain and evolve the visual and experiential identity of each concert and festival property, ensuring every touchpoint - from a social ad to the main stage - feels intentional and on-brand.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of culture, fan behavior, and creative trends to develop fresh, timely ideas that resonate with our diverse audiences.
  • Bridge Strategy and Storytelling: Leverage fan insights and market data to develop campaigns that balance storytelling, design, and impact.
  • Inspire and Empower Teams: Facilitate brainstorming workshops, provide feedback loops, and empower internal and external teams to deliver best-in-class creative work.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of creative or brand marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior creative leadership role; live event, music festival, or entertainment experience strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling creative campaigns and experiences that capture attention and drive results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to rally teams and stakeholders behind a creative vision.
  • Deep understanding of youth and fan culture, emerging trends, and how to creatively connect audiences to moments.
  • Experience leading creative brainstorms and workshops that turn abstract ideas into action plans.
  • Comfort working with a mix of internal teams, freelance creatives, and external agencies.
  • High EQ with the ability to balance feedback from multiple stakeholders and evolve creative concepts accordingly.
  • A strategic thinker who can toggle between big ideas and executional realities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with music industry and artist relations, and experience with brand partnerships or experiential activations.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Think in taglines, moments, and fan-first experiences.
  • Love concerts, music festivals and understand what makes them feel electric from the second a fan buys a ticket to the last encore.
  • Know how to make creative campaigns that don't just look good, but move tickets and build loyalty.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where no two events are the same.
