THE OPPORTUNITY

Hirschfeld is looking for a Creative Director to drive the next phase of our creative growth. This role is key to shaping how we show up in the market—building on what makes us great while pushing our creative work to new heights. We’re after someone with deep experience in concepting and delivering standout experiential campaigns, who’s both a bold thinker and a hands-on leader. You’ll lead a talented creative team, turning big ideas into breakthrough campaigns. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll help turn insight into unforgettable brand experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with leadership team to establish the agency’s creative philosophy, vision, strategy, and objectives.
  • Lead the development of creative for the agency, taking an active role in concepting and owning the standard of creative output.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Service, New Business Development, Operations and Fabrications teams, to ensure creative solutions not only answer the brief but are realistic in terms of time and budget.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies in the experiential marketing industry and incorporate them into campaign strategies.
  • Drive technology innovation within the creative process and through client executions.
  • Set a clear creative vision / ambition across both current and prospective clients and ensure this is realized across every opportunity.
  • Act as the ideation expert across key accounts, ensuring a creative standard of excellence and execution that adheres consistently to required brand guidelines.
  • Accountable for render to reality design execution; working closely with internal and external resources to ensure all concepts are feasible and executional within budget and timelines.
  • Develop the creative and design team, oversee creative workflows, and drive forward all design deliverables across projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Natural leader who inspires and influences colleagues, clients, and partners at all levels, to achieve creative and business excellence.
  • Proven experience developing, writing, and producing integrated campaigns with live events at the core. Previous experience developing experiential and event marketing creative.
  • A passion for and experience working with sports, entertainment and lifestyle events, themes, and assets.
  • A technology innovator who actively keeps up with the latest technologies and naturally looks for ways for them to elevate the agency.
  • Experience supervising and delegating work successfully within collaborative teams, with a proven ability to provide effective creative feedback on work and help junior talent grow and improve.
  • Enthusiastic participant in the new business development process, from interrogating the opportunity to final presentation.
  • Conceptual and strategic thinking with the ability to balance creativity and innovation with business objectives.
  • Fluency in both digital and traditional channels, including all social media platforms, content creation, and video.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Charismatic and engaging with the ability to lead, manage and inspire senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Entrepreneurial flair for spotting and realizing opportunities.
  • Desire to champion a culture of accountability with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Commitment to a quality work product, organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
