Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and tech-savvy Customer Success Associate to support early users of Luna, our AI healthcare assistant , at a senior living community in Collierville, TN. (Local candidates only.) This part-time, on-site role begins October 3rd, 2025 .

This is a hands-on, people-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys helping users, solving problems, and supporting an innovative healthcare initiative. You’ll serve as the local point of contact for setting up devices, answering questions, and ensuring residents and caregivers feel confident using the product.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure AI healthcare assistant devices in participant homes within a senior living community.
• Provide friendly, timely support to residents, caregivers, and staff.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues (WiFi, smart devices, iOS apps).
• Serve as a communication bridge between participants and internal teams.
• Document issues, feedback, and observations during the pilot period.
• Coordinate with the Cairns Health team for visits, deliveries, and support.

Qualifications

• Warm, patient, and professional interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with basic tech setup.
• Reliable transportation and ability to be on-site.
• Responsive via phone/email with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently and with remote teams.
• iPhone required (our app is iOS-only).
• Experience in a senior living community preferred but not required.
