Position Summary:
The Director of Training leads the strategy, development, and execution of training programs across all Metro by T-Mobile retail locations and support functions. This individual is responsible for designing high-impact learning initiatives that enhance employee performance, ensure brand consistency, and support the company’s goals for sales, service, compliance, and operational excellence.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Training will oversee training teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive a learning culture across the organization.
