LANCASTER COUNTY EARLY INTERVENTION SPEECH THERAPIST

Growing in Motion is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our collaborative, child-centered team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality therapy services in home and community settings, helping children develop the communication skills they need to thrive.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll work closely with occupational and physical therapists, educators, and families to design and implement individualized treatment plans. We provide structured mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment that values professional growth and work-life balance.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Collaborating with families, teachers, and other professionals to support carryover and progress
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Participating in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

· Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)

· Experience working with pediatric populations across a variety of settings

· Strong ability to engage and motivate children through creative, play-based approaches

· Excellent time management, organization, and documentation skills

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams

· Experience with feeding therapy is preferred but not required
