Estate Manager for Private Family

UHNW Executive and family based on the Westside is seeking a highly experienced, service oriented Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their household and lead a dedicated team to ensure the day-to-day runs smoothly. This is a key leadership role requiring someone with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in estate management, with a focus on team leadership, project management, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will have a warm and composed demeanor along with excellent communication skills to maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily household operations , including managing estate projects and maintaining household inventory.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills .
• Plan various and frequent upscale events.
• Lead, train , and develop the household team , ensuring service excellence and professionalism at all times.
• Manage personal affairs , including travel arrangements , personal shopping , and lifestyle needs .
• Continuously assess and improve household efficiency, seeking opportunities for enhanced service quality.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in estate management or a related field, with proven success in managing high-net-worth households.
• Strong leadership abilities and strong attention to detail .
• Excellent communication skills, with a warm and polished demeanor .
• Flexible for weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
