Job Title: Legal Document Processor – Foreclosure Support

Job Description:

This role focuses on preparing and processing legal documentation related to foreclosure cases. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, quick learners who can thrive in a fast-paced and structured office environment. Prior exposure to legal, escrow, or mortgage documentation is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, proofread, and process legal documents accurately
  • Manage administrative tasks related to foreclosure proceedings
  • Maintain detailed records and case tracking systems
  • Communicate professionally with internal team members
  • Follow established procedures to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Work independently while contributing to overall team success

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a legal, administrative, or mortgage-related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
  • Strong command of grammar, spelling, and formatting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Additional Details:

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Interview Process: One 30–60 minute onsite interview with potential for same-day decision
