An established Ohio-based furniture company is seeking a General Manager to join the team.

• A hands-on retail professional with at least 3 years of leadership experience

• Confident making decisions based on insight and data
• A natural coach who helps people grow and stay motivated
• Experienced with and energized by a fast-moving retail environment

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team focused on delivering great customer experiences
• Take ownership of sales, profitability, and day-to-day operations
• Partner with internal teams to improve systems, marketing, and in-store processes
• Coach team members through feedback, training, and consistent recognition
• Run daily huddles to set focus, celebrate wins, and keep energy high
• Maintain a culture of accountability, creativity, and fun

Salary Range: $80,000 – 85,000 annually, based on experience

Bonus Potential: Up to 50%, based on performance
