Seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an upscale glamping site in beautiful Bar Harbour, Maine. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a dynamic team of over 30 employees, ensuring exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of senior leadership experience in a glamping or hotel setting, along with a strong background in restaurant operations and events. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on leader who excels at mentoring and training staff. A deep understanding of high-end service standards is essential to succeed in this role.
