Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact Head of Global OEM AI and Strategic Alliances to lead and expand our partner ecosystem across Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), AI providers, and technology integrators. This executive role is critical to scaling our global presence in the AI-powered cybersecurity space through strategic partnerships, co-development programs, and market-shaping alliances.

You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, legal, and executive teams to define and execute a global alliance strategy, build deep OEM relationships, and drive top-line growth through embedded cybersecurity solutions and joint go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global strategy for OEM and strategic AI partnerships within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships with OEMs, chip manufacturers, edge device companies, and AI platform providers.
• Lead co-innovation initiatives with partners to integrate cybersecurity into hardware, firmware, and AI-native platforms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align partner roadmaps with our AI cybersecurity offerings.
• Design and execute joint GTM strategies, partner enablement plans, and embedded security distribution models.
• Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and with global alliance stakeholders.
• Own executive relationships, partnership performance, and business development metrics globally.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, OEM alliances, or business development in cybersecurity, AI, or embedded systems.
• Deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem, AI product landscape, and cybersecurity technologies.
• Proven track record of building and managing multimillion-dollar partnerships and global GTM programs.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Experience working with or selling to hardware manufacturers, industrial automation firms, or smart/edge device vendors.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-integrated cybersecurity platforms, edge security, or IoT/OT ecosystems.
• Familiarity with secure firmware, hardware security modules (HSMs), and AI governance.
• Strong industry network across OEMs, hyperscalers, and AI platform companies.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
