Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health Care Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pulmonary, allergy, and sleep services across medical offices, hospitals, and SNFs and community outreach. This role involves both digital and traditional sales and marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive patient engagement, develop best practices to reach our individual patient population, and maintain excellent customer service and survey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote pulmonary, allergy, and sleep services.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach target audiences, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the health care industry.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to create educational materials and promotional content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, and SNF managers.
  • Organize and participate in community outreach events and health fairs.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in health care marketing, with a preference for pulmonary, allergy, and sleep services. New graduates may also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated success in executing effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel within the DFW area as needed.
