Role Definition

The Independent Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for promoting and selling Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) wellness devices, with transactions that range between $15,000 - $45,000. These devices are luxurious, market-leading products designed to enhance health and wellness through innovative technology. ISRs will utilize consultative and demonstration-based selling techniques to engage with potential clients, primarily in the chiropractic and CAM provider markets. This is a commission-only role, offering a lucrative earning potential for driven and passionate individuals.

Responsibilities/ Duties – Duties and activities that constitute the performance of the job:

  • Prospecting of new customer opportunities and follow up on Company provided qualified leads to generate consistent sales of our comprehensive suite of PEMF Technologies
  • Develop and grow customers relationships and prospects.
  • Focus on, and grow local market share and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships through visits, demonstrations, phone, email and Google, Skype, or Ring virtual meetings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition by combining excellent sales skills, customer service abilities, knowledge of our product line and market
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion.
  • Analyze and address customer relationship opportunities within specified territory.
  • Establish and maintain consistent quantifiable sales results.
  • Provide follow-up and customer assistance post sale through phone, text, and email communication, as well as visits to customer facilities.
  • Provide in-depth understanding of our system and accessories.
  • Communicate competitive information and market information internally to the sales director.
  • Maintain records of sales, prospecting and leads in Netsuite CRM.
  • Complete and maintain a log of communication and site visits to Netsuite CRM.
  • Use a solution oriented mindset to support customers and day to day activities.

Background/ Experience – Minimum required job experience to adequately perform the duties defined

  • 3+ years of experience in related field (Medical, wellness, fitness)
