📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials for a variety of litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and case analysis using tools such as Westlaw

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and argument development
• Manage litigation files, organize evidence, and support trial preparation
• Maintain proactive communication with clients on case progress and legal options
• Monitor updates to laws and procedures in relevant practice areas

✅ Qualifications:
• 1+ years of litigation experience (commercial, employment, or personal injury preferred)
• Strong familiarity with civil litigation procedures and local court rules

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (active and in good standing); NY/PA a plus
