Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mid to Senior Level AV Integrator located in Monterey, CA. The Mid to Senior Level AV Integrator will be responsible for designing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining advanced audio-visual systems. Day-to-day tasks may include configuring and assembling AV systems, conducting on-site integration tasks, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional team members, maintaining communication with clients, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and standards.

Residential AV Integrator Qualifications

• 3+ years proficiency in AV integration, installation, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
• 3+ years experience with configuring AV equipment, wiring, and control systems
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IP-based AV solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with precision and efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to AV systems
• Experience working with residential or commercial AV projects is preferred
• Willingness to travel within the local area and work on-site as required
