Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in hiring an Office Manager for their Chelsea, MA location. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with strong long-term career potential.

The role also requires proficiency with QuickBooks and experience handling invoicing and basic accounts payable/receivable .

The Office Manager will be the first point of contact for visitors, support onboarding of new hires, and help manage office operations including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable in QuickBooks. We’re looking for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive who enjoys creating a positive and well-organized work environment.

Starting Salary: $30–$35/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday | 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily office operations and vendor relationships
• Handle invoicing and expense tracking in QuickBooks
• Support HR activities like onboarding and scheduling
• Manage office supplies, visitors, and safety compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrator
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Professional, organized, and customer-service oriented
