Job Description

Office Manager

Austin, TX | Onsite | $36-$40/hour

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Office Manager to keep our Austin office running smoothly and efficiently. This role is key to creating a well-organized, safe, and productive work environment. You’ll handle everything from vendor coordination and office logistics to supporting internal teams and maintaining facility standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily office operations, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service requests and contracts
  • Maintain inventory and handle ordering of office and kitchen supplies
  • Keep floor plans, nameplates, and office layout documentation updated
  • Respond to internal requests using task tracking or ticketing systems
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site meetings, events, and employee gatherings
  • Ensure safety protocols and continuity plans are current and communicated
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipping
  • Provide general administrative and occasional HR support, including invoice processing

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of office or facilities management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
