JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, managing waste collection, assisting with event setups, and tracking incoming and outgoing mail. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing a pleasant working environment for all employees.
Hours:
This individual will start off working on-site 3-4 hours a day with the possibility to go full time (40 hours) at the beginning of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all office areas, including common spaces, restrooms, and kitchens, are kept clean and sanitary.
- Track and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide general support to office staff as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in office support, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
