Job Overview :
A prestigious law firm in Dallas, TX is looking to hire a Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney with at least five years of experience in personal injury cases. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, experienced attorney to handle cases from start to finish, with the support of a strong team. The role includes direct client interaction, depositions, hearings, and mediations, all while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Candidates with a desire for flexibility in work location, as well as the ability to develop clientele and enjoy quarterly bonuses, will thrive in this position.

Duties :

• Independently manage a caseload from initiation to resolution
• Represent clients in various personal injury and insurance defense claims
• Communicate with clients and provide consistent case updates
• Handle depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Collaborate with opposing counsel and internal teams
• Ensure accurate and timely case management and documentation

Requirements :

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Superior research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively
• Willingness to adapt and learn quickly
• Must reside in Texas and be able to travel within Texas, specifically the DFW area

Education :

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Texas

Certifications :

• Valid Texas Bar membership
