Role Description:

We’re seeking a  licensed Physical Therapist (PT)to join our growing and collaborative practice. Whether you’re looking for  full-time, part-time, or per diem work, we offer flexible scheduling and a supportive environment where your clinical expertise can truly make a difference.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated clinician who values patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other interventions to maximize patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for home exercise and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
• Deliver care to patients covered by  Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, no-fault, worker’s compensation, and cash payment programs.

Qualifications :

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy ( DPT or MPT ).
• Active  New York State Physical Therapy License (required).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with diverse payer sources preferred.
• New graduates welcome — training and mentorship provided.
