Eye 4 Group is seeking an experienced Print Production Assistant to join our production team. If you have 2+ years of sign industry experience working with large-format printers, cutters/plotters/laminators, and assembling signs, and you take pride in delivering quality work, we want to talk to you.

We create custom signs, graphics, and branding solutions for clients across Indiana and surrounding states. From large-format printing and vinyl graphics to dimensional signs and specialty fabrication, our production team brings creative designs to life with precision and craftsmanship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and other production equipment
• Gather and prepare substrates (vinyl, metal, plastic, acrylic, etc.) and materials for production
• Perform sign assembly tasks including applying graphics, trimming, laminating, mounting, and packaging
• Apply vinyl graphics to rigid substrates with precision and attention to detail
• Handle specialty finishing tasks such as cutting, weeding, and applying dimensional elements
• Inspect finished products for quality issues such as wrinkles, bubbles, misalignment, or defects
• Review work orders to ensure accuracy in specifications, colors, and finishing details
• Wrap, label, and organize finished signs for installation, shipping, or customer pickup
• Monitor inventory levels of substrates, vinyl, and ink, reporting shortages to prevent delays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production workspace
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment
• Communicate effectively with the Production Lead and team members to meet deadlines

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of professional print production and assembly experience (large-format printing, vinyl graphics, sign assembly, etc.)
• Experience operating large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• CNC operator experience is a plus (routing, cutting, engraving)
• Able to read and follow work orders, specifications, and production schedules
• Experience with various substrates including vinyl, aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and other materials
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under deadlines
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Reliable, punctual, and prepared to meet production schedules
