Receptionist
Location - Orlando, FL | On-site
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday 1pm - 10pm
Pay - $16.50
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Provide general administrative support to various departments
• Maintain office organization and assist with scheduling and appointments
• Handle customer service inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong data Entry Skills
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience required
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive attitude and a team player
