Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid or in-office capacity. This role is perfect for someone with 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within staffing or high-volume environments. You’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored hiring solutions across a variety of roles and industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage end-to-end recruiting—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing : Proactively build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, direct outreach, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement : Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive insights.
  • Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to support hiring initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • ATS Management : Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or high-volume corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated success in placing candidates across multiple functions and industries.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ATS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a staffing agency or executive search environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance best practices.
