Job Description

A major, highly respected healthcare organization is seeking a motivated and experienced Participant Recruitment Specialist to support critical staffing and study initiatives. This unique remote role requires the candidate to be based locally near 10350 E Dakota Ave, Denver, CO 80247 to facilitate necessary local operations and meetings. The Specialist will primarily focus on administrative recruitment for hard-to-fill positions and specialized participant recruitment for research studies.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

The Specialist will manage a high-volume workload centered on two key areas: Staffing Recruitment and Participant Recruitment.

Staffing Recruitment Support:

  • Scheduling: Efficiently schedule interviews for Primary Care candidates for the internal physician group (WPMG) and other hard-to-fill clinical/administrative positions.
  • Sourcing: Proactively source candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Onboarding Collaboration: Work closely with other recruiters and coordinators to ensure a smooth candidate onboarding process.

Participant Recruitment:

  • Strategy & Development: Develop effective recruitment strategies and comprehensive plans for current research studies.
  • Techniques & Training: Demonstrate and implement highly effective recruitment techniques and lead recruitment workshops for current study staff.
  • Screening & Role Play: Conduct phone screenings of potential study participants and engage in role-play critical scenarios with study staff to enhance readiness.

Required Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: Must have 3–5 years of dedicated recruiting experience (staffing or participant recruitment).
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST .
  • Location Requirement: 100% Remote , but the candidate must live locally to the Denver, CO area (near 10350 E Dakota Ave).
