Role: Repack Supervisor.

As a repack supervisor, you will play a critical role in transforming products while maintaining quality, presentation, and food safety. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the repacking operation meet the NatureSweet standards and client’s expectations.

Laredo, Texas

Main Responsabilities:

Production Scheduling - Monitoring our forecasting tools and system of record to determine timing of production runs.

Inventory Tracking – Monitor inventory levels of fruit to be repacked, packaging materials, repack related supplies.

Liaison with repacking partners – Coordinate with repack partner to confirm production schedules, confirm labor availability, and secure overall resources for timely execution.

Reporting – Generate and maintain reports to track production yields, efficiencies, and trends.

Cost tracking – Support the RDC Manager on tracking the cost of the operation.

Assessment of repack invoices

Scheduling of production volumes

Reporting of production volumes, waste, and hours.

Inventory tracking by receiving repacked items

Briefings with the repack group.

Requirements:

Education

Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

Degree

Bachelor’s degree (desired)

Experience

• 4-5 year of experience in repacking or a perishable handling operation.
• Basic knowledge of product labeling and quality control
• Experience with safety DC procedures and guidelines.
• Experience in report creation and productivity tracking.
• Experience in warehouse safety.

Language

English and Spanish – 100% bilingual.
