435 Locals is the region's leading community platform connecting local businesses and residents from St George to Cedar City and beyond. We specialize in helping small businesses grow through our comprehensive directory, event calendar, local gudies, and exclusive networking opportunities through our 435 Connect community. We’re growing fast, and we need a go-getter who knows how to talk to business owners and close the deal .

If you love Southern Utah, have a natural sales spark, and want to help local businesses get seen—this might be your dream side hustle (or full-time grind, if you're hungry enough).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Actively seeking out new local businesses to advertise with 435 Locals
• Making in-person visits, phone calls, and sending messages to business owners across Southern Utah
• Pitching our advertising packages, sponsored content opportunities, and digital visibility options
• Educating business owners on the value of being featured on 435 Locals’ platforms (website, social, newsletter, and booklets)
• Closing deals and earning commission off every sale—simple as that
• Keeping track of contacts, leads, and sales progress

Who We're Looking For:

• A confident communicator who’s not afraid to walk into a business and start a conversation
• Self-driven, goal-focused, and highly motivated by commission-based income
• Familiar with the Southern Utah community and passionate about supporting local businesses
• Experienced in sales (or just naturally persuasive)
• Comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and following up like a pro
• Familiar with social media, digital marketing, or small business advertising (huge bonus!)
