We’re partnering with a school district in Maricopa County, Arizona to hire a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 school year . This is a full-time, in-person position beginning January , serving students at a high school campus .

Position Summary

The School Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services to support the academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs of high school students. This role includes conducting assessments, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with staff, families, and administrators to promote student success and well-being.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• School Year: 2025–2026

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify student needs and support eligibility decisions.
• Participate in IEP, 504, and student support team meetings as a key multidisciplinary team member.
• Provide individual and group counseling to support social-emotional development and behavioral health.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with school staff.
• Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to address academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns.
• Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to creating a safe, supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona School Psychologist certification or eligibility (required).
• Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Experience working with high school students preferred.
• Strong assessment skills and knowledge of evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills.
