We’re looking for a  Search Engine Optimization Specialist  who can combine technical precision with content strategy. Someone who understands that great SEO isn't just about keywords — it's about site health, authority, and positioning dealerships to capture high-intent organic searches. You'll drive the strategy and implementation of on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content performance across multiple client websites.

• Execute Technical SEO Audits:  Conduct comprehensive audits (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability) and provide clear action plans to improve client site health.
• On-Page & Content Strategy:  Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, title optimization, internal linking structures, and strategic content planning (working with our SEO Content Creator).
• Keyword & Competitive Research:  Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value, low-competition opportunities and analyze competitor organic performance.
• Reporting & Analysis:  Monitor, track, and report on key SEO metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rate) using tools like Google Search Console and analytics platforms.
• Collaboration:  Work closely with the  Digital Strategist & Data Analyst  and the  Tech Director  to align SEO strategy with overall digital campaigns and technical feasibility.

• Strong portfolio of successful SEO projects demonstrating significant organic traffic and ranking improvements.
• Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
• Deep understanding of the core pillars of SEO: Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, and Local SEO (critical for dealerships).
• Experience with CMS platforms (like WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS for implementation tasks.
• Fast, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Automotive marketing experience a plus, but not required.

• Salary:  $51,000 – $71,000(based on experience, reflecting the technical nature of the role).
