Our excellent client seeks a Senior Business Analyst at a Mastery level for a 6 months+ W2 HYBRID contract in Boston or Springfield. NO AGENCIES. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON OUR W2.

MUST be a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a deep understanding of corporate finance, treasury, and accounting, coupled with strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Must have a solid background in financial and accounting systems and processes .

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document business requirements and Data needs for treasury processes and systems.
• Exposure and understanding of Banking and treasury Systems.
• Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), workflows, flowcharts, and process models.
• Assist and train finance, treasury, and accounting team members on how to use new or modified processes or systems which include providing guidance on existing tools, as well as assist with researching issues.
• Review, maintain, and suggest modifications to the current procedures and processes.
• Liaise with technology teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support testing activities, including developing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Track project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Key point of contact for stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Skills: Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience in accounting systems and general accounting, and Treasury.
• Strong understanding of trade flow processes, including trade execution, clearing, and settlement.
• Previous experience in financial services or insurance industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CBAP, CTP, or PMP.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, or Tableau).
