As a Senior EPIC HB + PB Analyst, this individual is involved with providing post go-live support, ensuring the smooth operation of Epic billing systems. You will act as a team lead, guiding a team of nine analysts split between hospital and physician billing analyst. This individual’s role will include supporting system optimization, implementing new features, and managing system upgrades. You will lead project initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct training sessions for end-users, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Effective communication and project management skills will be essential as you oversee timelines and critical path requirements, ensuring the team meets its objectives and delivers high-quality support and enhancements to the Epic billing systems.
