Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a visionary Senior Multimedia Designer to lead the creation of digital-first, high-impact creative across video, motion, and traditional design. This role is ideal for a seasoned creative leader who can guide and mentor junior talent, and set the visual standard for a respected luxury real estate brands.

The Senior Multimedia Designer will own the concepting, storyboarding, and execution of print and digital assets, including video. This individual will partner with marketing leadership to shape creative strategy, push the brand forward, and ensure our visual storytelling consistently exceeds expectations.

Salary range : $75,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision, planning, and execution of multimedia campaigns, from concept to final delivery.
• Produce or direct high-quality video content, including storyboarding, filming oversight, editing and motion graphics. 
• Provide mentorship, guidance and feedback to junior and mid-level designers, helping them grow their skills in both design and video.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to define creative strategies for brand campaigns, agent initiatives and events.
• Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and aligns with luxury positioning.
• Manage creative project timelines, priorities, and resources to deliver on schedule.
• Present concepts and final work to internal stakeholders and agents, explaining the creative rationale.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for video production, photography, print and specialty creative needs.
• Identify and integrate emerging design tools, innovative video approaches, and production techniques to keep the brand ahead of trends.

Desired Skills

• Video & Motion:  Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Figma
• Design:  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Advanced storyboarding and concept development abilities.
• Skilled in optimizing video for multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory for digital and print.
• Confident in giving and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in creative direction and managing a design/video production workflow and video editing.
• Ability to balance high-level creative thinking with hands-on production work.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of professional multimedia design experience, with at least two years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record in leading creative projects that integrate video, motion, and static design.
• Experience mentoring other creatives and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury brand, real estate, hospitality or agency experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Portfolio that demonstrates high-end, multi-channel creative work.
