Job Description

Position title: Senior Project Manager

Number of openings: 4 – 2 remote, 2 local to Jacksonville

Pay: $40-$50/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this

role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the

applicable law of the worksite location.

Contract duration: 6-month contract to hire

Potential conversion range: $130,000-$140,000

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or a master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science or a related field, or a minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated success and a proven track record in professional/life experience in specific job functions, projects, or industries, and military service can substitute for the formal education requirements.
• 10+ years of experience in a senior project management role in the IT, Finance and Banking industries.
• 10+ years of proven experience in managing large/complex enterprise-wide IT and Finance project implementations.
• 10+ years using Microsoft Project or similar project management software tool.

Additional Skills Required:

• Finance and Banking background
• Strong executive reporting experience with the ability to present and communicate at the executive level
