Senior Program Manager
This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in managing large-scale enterprise application modernization/ transformation projects, specifically in retail supply chain systems.
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Program Leadership & Strategy Lead the initiative, ensuring successful transition from legacy Oracle Forms to modern technologies.
Define program roadmap, milestones, and key deliverables, aligning with customers IT and business objectives.
Drive Agile best practices and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams. Project Execution & Delivery Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful program execution.
Oversee development, testing, and deployment cycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables with minimal business disruption.
Partner with offshore and onshore teams to optimize execution efficiency.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including IT leadership, third-party vendors, and business units, to ensure smooth project execution.
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Address challenges related to integrations, data migration, performance, and security compliance.
Ensure continuous monitoring and resolution of project roadblocks.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Provide clear and concise updates to leadership and program sponsors.
Create executive-level status reports and presentations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Ensure all stakeholders are informed about key program milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
12+ years of experience in IT program management, with a strong background in enterprise application modernization.
Proven expertise in Oracle-based enterprise systems and supply chain applications.
Hands-on experience managing large-scale UI modernization projects, preferably involving Oracle Forms to modern web frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience working in hybrid offshore/onshore delivery models.
Excellent stakeholder management, executive reporting, and communication skills.
Experience with cloud-based solutions, microservices architecture, and API integrations is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in retail or supply chain technology transformation projects.
Knowledge of RDM or similar legacy distribution management systems.
Certification in PMP, Agile, or SAFe methodologies is preferred
