We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our evolving team. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of agency recruiting experience. Senior Technical Recruiters at RightClick are positioned to advance their career within the Staffing & Recruiting industry through our comprehensive career progression program.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit top-tier IT professionals for contract and full-time roles.
  • Use modern sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual interviews to assess technical skills, motivations, and compensation needs.
  • Drive recruiting activity to meet gross profit and commission goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates—placed and unplaced—for long-term engagement and market insights.
  • Shadow client calls to learn account management; begin identifying and converting candidate leads into new business opportunities.
  • Mentor Junior Recruiters and support training initiatives as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a strong recruiter-client feedback loop.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full-desk or delivery-side staffing agency experience (IT highly preferred).
  • Track record of exceeding recruitment goals in a high-activity environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a sales-oriented culture.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Bullhorn or similar ATS, plus platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Eagerness to mentor others and contribute to team growth.
  • Self-disciplined and committed to pursuing opportunities for self-development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • History of converting candidate interactions into warm client leads.
  • Experience training or mentoring junior team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
