Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join our team at Oakes Farms, working on-site in Naples, FL. The Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, assist in menu planning and food preparation across multiple cuisines, ensure food quality and presentation standards, and manage kitchen staff. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, ensuring proper food safety protocols, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience in a kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Menu planning and inventory management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a kitchen leadership role is preferred
• Culinary degree or relevant professional training is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
