Spa Assistants who want to make an impact! We have part-time and full-time roles!
Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role: - Responsible for providing a high standard of assistance to Massage Therapists, Nail Technicians, and Estheticians including:
- Greeting clients,
- Offer beverages as needed,
- Monitoring treatments and services.
- Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining:
- Spa quiet spaces,
- Locker rooms,
- Dressing rooms,
- Laundry,
- Maintain beverage stations and more.
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.
- Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.
Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual: - Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
- Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
