Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay: 70-90k plus bonus

As a key player in our recruitment efforts, this individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our expanding operations. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, close collaboration with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define hiring needs, timelines, and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Continuously assess and refine recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency, improve candidate experience, and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to labor laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition with a successful track record in recruitment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for in-person work Monday through Friday in Irvine, CA.
