About the Opportunity:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients' needs. Our goal is to provide both our talent and clients with best-in-class service, quality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously recruit and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands
• Conduct phone screenings, assessments, in-person interviews, and orientations for potential hires
• Perform employment verifications and reference checks
• Ensure compliance with all hiring processes, including WOTC, E-Verify, and background checks, maintaining accurate documentation in the ATS
• Assist with onboarding new hires according to client-specific guidelines
• Process payroll promptly and accurately, following company policies
• Maintain reporting on recruitment activities and provide updates to the Recruiting Manager
• Efficiently handle candidate, employee, and client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
