Key Responsibilities:

  • Track incoming brand inquiries, coordinate deliverables, and help manage campaign timelines
  • Draft and organize contracts, call sheets, and brand documents
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, shoots, and events
  • Maintain organized digital records, trackers, and calendars for each client

  • Research industry trends, emerging talent, and partnership opportunities
  • Support special projects including deck building, campaign reporting, and product launches

You Are:

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs or problems before they arise
  • Familiar with the influencer and creator landscape, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, talent-first culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (influencer marketing, talent management, PR, entertainment, or agency experience preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, Airtable, or similar project management platforms a plus
  • Strong interest in the creator economy and digital culture
