About the Role

We are seeking a professional and engaging Temporary Brand Activator / Bartender to represent a premium gin brand at a high-profile venue in Water Mill, NY, this summer. This role is ideal for a bartender or brand ambassador who excels at creating memorable guest experiences while operating independently.

📢 Please Note: This venue follows a no-tipping policy—compensation will be provided as a fixed amount per shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Bartending & Brand Activation: Operate a branded bar cart, preparing and serving premium gin cocktails.
• Engagement: Provide a high level of hospitality while authentically promoting the brand.
• Setup & Breakdown: Independently manage bar cart setup and breakdown, with venue support as needed.
• Compliance: Adhere to all New York state alcohol service regulations.
• Professionalism: Maintain a polished, brand-appropriate appearance and demeanor.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior bartending and brand activation experience.
• Certifications: Must have or be willing to obtain any required NY state alcohol service permits.
• Independence: Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve on the job.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the venue.
• Availability: Commitment to scheduled shifts throughout the summer season.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• This is an independent contractor position, meaning you will be responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
• Compensation is provided as a fixed rate per shift (non-tipping venue). Daily ($200 - $225)
