Summary

Location: Portland, OR or Seattle, WA

We’re seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships across the healthcare market in the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to current and prospective healthcare customers, helping them create safer, more efficient environments. This is an opportunity to lead growth in a key healthcare market.

Travel: Up to 80% throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and distributor partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through solution-based selling.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations, product demos, and education sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, submit timely reports, and manage travel and expenses efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of healthcare or medical sales experience with a proven record of success.
  • Familiarity with infection prevention, cleanroom environments, or healthcare operations.
  • Strong background in territory management and business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must reside in or near Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA, and be able to travel frequently.
