Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Workplace Experience Coordinator for a Fintech client.

This is a 6+ month opportunity. The role is located in Charlotte, NC, and is fully on-site.

Onward Search is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All contractors will be paid as W2 employees.

Office & Workplace Experience Coordinator

In-Office Experience Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. Support access needs in partnership with on-site security, ensuring a smooth arrival experience for all.

Event & Meeting Coordination

• Coordinate logistics for team offsites, meetings, and internal events. Manage room setups, deliveries, and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth execution and a positive experience for all participants.

Hospitality Services

• Oversee daily meal coordination, including lunch catering, dietary accommodations, and meal ordering for meetings and events. Maintain well-stocked kitchen and snack areas, and work closely with vendors to uphold high standards of hospitality and service.

Workplace Operations

• Respond to employee requests, conduct routine office walk-throughs, and ensure timely resolution of facilities-related issues. Collaborate with property management and internal teams such as IT, AV, and Security to maintain operational excellence and adherence to lease requirements.

Employee Experience & Support Services

• Monitor and manage incoming requests across various channels (tickets, email, Slack, phone), ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when needed. Support special projects, contribute to process improvements, and maintain accurate documentation of key workflows and programs.

• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
