Job Description

Management company 3 Arts Entertainment has an immediate opening for an experienced Assistant to a Manager/Partner who represents a variety of high profile clients and produces television and film. The Assistant will manage a very busy desk where duties include general administrative tasks, scheduling, and interacting with clients and their representatives. Candidates must have previous experience at a mainstream management firm, talent agency, or other entertainment company.

Candidates should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for management. In addition to multitasking and communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, successful assistants are results-oriented and work strategically to follow through on big-picture goals. The industry education this opportunity offers is outstanding for anyone pursuing a career in management or producing.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Demonstrated interest in entertainment
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • 1+ years of agency or management company experience required
