An appliance company is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Assistant to join their team in Gardena, CA . This position is responsible for supporting the international sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations for Central and South America sales . Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish , an AA degree or higher, 1 year of sales support/customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) are required. This is a full-time, in-person, non-exempt position, with bonus, excellent benefits and 401k.
Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Assistant Duties:
-Assist the sales team with order processing, data entry, and customer support.
-Maintain and update sales records using Excel and internal databases.
-Communicate with international clients in both English and Spanish both.
-Inform customers about sales, promotions and policies.
-Recommend products or merchandise to help customers.
-Coordinate shipments, invoices, and product availability with internal departments.
-Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
-Handle general administrative tasks to support the sales team.
Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Assistant Skills:
-Must have an AA degree or higher
-Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish
-Must have 1 year of sales support/customer service experience
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel)
-Strong customer service skills
