Compensation: $18 - $20/hr

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Position: Employer Patient Account Representative

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Employer Patient Account Representative to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and collaborative revenue cycle management department within a growing healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employer-paid accounts, ensuring smooth communication with company partners, and resolving billing issues efficiently. This position offers a supportive team environment and room for growth for individuals passionate about healthcare operations and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with employers regarding their paid and outstanding account balances.



• Send monthly account statements through preferred communication channels as specified by each employer.



• Respond to employer and company inquiries, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.



• Research payments thoroughly to ensure account accuracy.



• Assist in resolving billing issues by providing necessary documentation, including medical records and results.



• Collaborate with the workers’ compensation follow-up team to address invoice discrepancies.



• Participate in internal meetings, training, and departmental conference calls.



• Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support overall departmental success.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience



• Minimum of one year in a customer service-related role

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Understanding of medical billing practices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)



• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
